What sounds better than wine? Local wine! We are so excited to be able to offer a selection of wines from Tilba Valley Winery. Who knows, maybe they'll even share it with you!

A bit about Tilba Valley Winery;

Tilba Valley Winery & Ale House has it all. Surrounded by unspoilt bushland, overlooking Lake Corunna and nestled under the foot hills of the beautiful Mt Gulga Mountain in Tilba. This is family run business and a new venture for siblings Jamie and Carly.  

Tilba Valley winery make their own wine and have now added their own craft beers to the drinks menu.  

You can visit the winery between Wednesday and Sunday for daily lunches, wine tastings and free live music events every weekend. 

A bit about the wine;

Rich cherry, strawberry, rhubarb and spice with soft tannins and a lingering finish

2020 Shiraz
With aromas of mulberry and cherry with spicy vanilla oak. Palate of juicy dark berries with toasty oak and smooth tannins

Peach and nutty with toasty oak - palate of grapefruit characters with creamy textures and crisp acidic finish

Aroma of lemon and nashi pear, refreshing citrus and pear flavours

2019 Rose 

Strawberries and cream. Ripe strawberries and subtle cherry with a refreshing finish

2017 Cabernet Sauvignon 
A lovely dense pallet with fine savoury tannins. Approachable now but will cellar well for 10 years.
