Christmas Bush - XL Bunches
The festive flower of the season! The perfect bunch to gift or to gift yourself.
Christmas Bush (Ceratopetalum) is an Australian native plant - the contrast of green foliage with bright red flowers, which are produced around December, is what gives Christmas Bush its name and makes them ideal for use in Christmas flower arrangements.
What's more - our Christmas Bush is grown locally in Broulee and Cobargo.
When cut, their scarlet blooms are very long lasting – for up to three weeks! Use a sharp pair of secateurs to cut the bottoms of stems at an angle and change the water every couple of days to prolong the life of your bunch. If the flowers start to droop, dunk the bunch upside down in some cool water for about an hour, then re-cut the stems and return to fresh water in the vase and be amazed at how they've perked back up! Hot tip - you can do this with hydrangeas too.
